Networking: Meeting the Board Gaming Community in Mauritius!
We attended a board gamers gathering right here in Mauritius. It was an amazing pleasure to meet the local gaming community, network with fellow enthusiasts, and of course, play some awesome games.
On the Hunt for an Illustrator
As we continue to playtest and fine-tune ‘The Last Hour,’ we’ve started the search for an illustrator to bring the visual elements of our game to life. Another important step on this journey.
Our Digital Prototype!
We’ve gone digital by creating a prototype of ‘The Last Hour’ on PlayingCards.io. This lets us test ideas and make changes much faster, without all the cutting and paper shuffling which is tedious. It’s a game-changer for us and a big step on our journey. Can’t wait to tell you more!
Adding Monochrome Images!
We’ve taken another step in our journey. Our homemade version of ‘The Last Hour’ now features monochrome images on the cards. They’re not the final look, but it’s a lot better than just white cards. We’re using AI-generated images for now. Every step counts, and we’re excited to share this one with you!
Home-Printed Dummy
We created a homemade version of ‘The Last Hour.’ We’ve got a long way to go, but step by step, we’ll get there
Where It All Began
We got the theme! Now our aim? To create a game that’s easy to learn, where players feel in control of the situation, and which should last around 30 minutes.
